TERMS OF USE

The rules for using this website. Project work runs on a separate written agreement, not on this page.

These terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Geekholic Solutions. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

They do not govern work we do for you. Any engagement is set out in a separate signed agreement covering scope, price, intellectual property, warranties and liability, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

02

Who we are

Geekholic Solutions is a trading name used by Prathamesh Devhare, a sole proprietor in India; it is not an incorporated company. Contracts under these terms are with Prathamesh Devhare. Our place of business is Mangal Murti Bunglow, Navrang Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Jail Road, Nashik Road, Nashik, Maharashtra 422101, India. Contact us at hello@geekholic.com.

03

Using the site

You may read the site, print or download pages for your own reference, and share links to it.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, probe or scan it beyond ordinary browsing, submit automated or bulk enquiries, interfere with its availability, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We rate-limit the enquiry form and block traffic that behaves this way.

04

Enquiries are not a contract

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no figure here is a quotation. Sending an enquiry, and our replying to it, creates no obligation on either side.

A project starts when both parties sign a written agreement. Until then either of us can walk away without cost.

05

Intellectual property

The design, text, diagrams, code and images on this site belong to Geekholic Solutions or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and related rights.

You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, present our diagrams or case studies as your own work, or use our name or marks in a way that implies a relationship that does not exist. Product and company names belonging to other organisations are used for identification only.

06

Figures, demonstrations and case studies

Parts of this site show a working demonstration of a system rather than live production data. Those areas are labelled as simulated demo data and must not be read as a measurement of any client system.

Case studies are published only with the client’s permission. Where a case study is still being agreed it is held back rather than published with invented numbers. Figures quoted in a published case study describe that engagement and are not a promise of the same result for you.

07

Budget ranges

Budget ranges on the enquiry form are in Indian rupees and exist to tell us the size of the work, not to price it. Any price we later quote is set out in a written proposal, exclusive of GST unless it says otherwise.

08

Accuracy and availability

We keep the site accurate and current, but technical content ages and we make no warranty that every statement is complete or error-free at the moment you read it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we may do so without notice where security or maintenance requires it.

10

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to ₹10,000.

The site is provided for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation; if you need that, engage us or another qualified adviser. If you use the site as a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 are unaffected.

11

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we collect when you use the site or send an enquiry, what makes that processing lawful under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, who else processes it, how long it is kept and how to have it removed. It forms part of these terms.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

13

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. If you read this site from outside India, you keep the benefit of any protections your local law makes mandatory.
